Helping me drive customers to my website for my business through both facebook and instagram advertising
Installing Shopify's Facebook Channel one of the worst decisions I made in terms of using Shopify integration for third-party features. I had an approved shop running on Facebook for years. This time it had tons of errors and re-installation. It was approved, but when I reinstalled it to fix errors (per Shopify CS team direction), Facebook suddenly rejected it. Then I uninstalled the channel again and Shopify remained an admin on my Facebook business account, and could not be removed without permission. On top of that both Shopify and Facebook gave lousy support for this integration. My Facebook page hasn't been the same since, and Facebook suddenly didn't trust my login and temporarily blocked me from my own page.

I can definitely agree that this sounds like a very stressful and frustrating experience given that you were approved by Facebook initially. I am using this app & it's been helpful so far. Although the tools can have more features to edit products & see analytics too
Nice and easy to use. Everything was straight forward and well worded and understood. Nice easy point and click options.

I am changing my review to 5 stars because apparently, things got much better now. A few months ago I got conflicting information from the support representative, and I had to dig a lot on my own, and it was an issue on the app side, and lack of proper description on allowing checkout at facebook or on shopify. We are pass that and the current upgrade works great.

The Facebook app is designed simply to create a connection between Facebook and Shopify to sync your products should you want to promote them via Facebook Pages, Instagram, or Marketing. It has said my shops are active but I have never seen them on either fb or ig. Where are they? It's been months!!!! Uninstalling NOW! BYE!
