This sales channel needs to integrate better with Shopify checkout options or apps. When they switched to prevent linking out to shopify for checkout, they also decreased sales for stores like mine since the Meta checkout lacks certain features. I can't distinguish between delivery and shipping, or most importantly, there is no date picker to pick shipping dates (which is essential to my type of business). This would be super easy to do (I can code my own date picker with little coding knowledge), yet is not implemented for some reason.

Also, the shipping settings in the app don't show correct rates (if you have live rates), items, etc, so you always have to check the store in the Instagram app to make sure it's working correctly. There needs to be a better way to do this.

some of my products are not showing up and they are not rejected so I don't know what the issue is. they are supposed to be showing up on the sales channel and they are not. Then when I go to my commerce center, the previews wont even load so I am not completely happy , also I am trying to edit the products that were rejected for size reasons, but they are one size and I did specify them.

Just so much trouble getting it to work. Otherwise I would give it a good review! The people at Meta have been very hard working and helpful. It's been so hard to fix and solve my problem. It's been going on for several weeks and it's still not working. There were so many things wrong and the speed and ability to solve these problems has been incredible difficult and really hurt my business. I'm still hopeful and they continue to try and help. It's hard to understand the holdups, but it may be bureaucracy or simply red tape in the system. I have a business that has existed for nearly 30 years and they can't verify it which seems incredible. I've spent many sleepless nights trying to solve this problem. I believe most people would have given up. I have at least 200 hours into this effort. Weeks until 4 am. When I get them on the phone, they stick with me and do all they can. The people have been great and I try to keep a good attitude. I'm creating a national holiday for myself when and if I ever accomplish my goal of connecting my Shopify to facebook and Instagram. It will be a joyous occasion. I don't give up easy, maybe I should, but I hope one day I'll look back and say it was worth it. From a broke businessman struggling to get to a starting point, may your struggles be easy!

I really like interacting on Facebook, but the only thing that disappointed me was that I created a business account half a year ago to start selling online. However, when I set up the page, I was banned from the platform (before I started posting anything). However, I can't log in to this account, but the business page I created is still publicly available on the platform, including my website address. I created a new account and business page again, but the old page still exists! This makes users feel sorry and the brand is unprofessional! Why aren't banned accounts removed from the platform immediately? And what's the point of that? This is a kind of unprofessionalism for us, including the unprofessionalism of the brand, and the unprofessionalism of the platform, without stability and measures. I'm not denying the rules of the platform, but since the account doesn't comply with the platform rules and is banned, the platform should permanently remove the account instead of keeping it. This is not user-friendly to all users, creators, platforms. This not only temporarily uses space, but also misleads users into searching for an account that is basically impossible to be active. It doesn't make sense!

Unfortunately, FB purchases on our shopify store do not allow for any modification to the sale price. If a customer prefers a discount from a damaged item, or wants to purchase a return label from the original purchase we don't have any options to modify the order. It is very limiting and not a good user experience.

Data does not share very well and when certain events simply have not happened yet, Facebook flags them as Pixel connectivity problems which is very annoying. Also, the biggest issue is that the Shopify product catalog randomly stops syncing to Facebook, so I'll upload new products and they won't sync with Facebook. And in order to fix the issue I need to uninstall the app from Shopify, delete my catalog in Facebook, reinstall the app in Shopify, reconnect to Facebook and create a new catalog... and then I have to wait for hours to see if the catalog will sync. Many times it does not and I need to contact support who basically tell me to do the same thing over again. It's an absolute joke of an integration. Whoever built it is an idiot. Either that, or Facebook or Shopify keep making changes to the API and breaking things. Either way, it's idiotic and an absolute costly pain in the backside for a business owner.

Connecting to my store to my facebook and instagram has been an impossible task! I have done it over a dozen times providing all they ask. Review for two days and sometimes it goes live, sometimes denied. Either way I get a store suspended after using either method. No explanation, except an inaccurate one.

Le falta manejar mejor las notificaciones para el usuario, por meses me salía un mensaje que el Facebook Shop estaba en review y no me daba mas info, después que contacté a soporte resulta que hay que hacer muchas cosas en la pagina de Meta Business que en ningún lugar dicen que hay que hacer.

Somewhat helpful in terms of data and ads but un-needlessly difficult to create a shop on Facebook and Instagram through this app - I have been waiting for several months for my store in Facebook and Instagram to be approved by their admin.

Las aplicaciones se traban y no ofrecen soluciones integrales a los negocios, no es intuitiva ni para el negocio ni para el usuario. Mas que solucionar han llenado de trabas los procesos.
