Simply doesn't work for me. Cannot add all my products. Cannot add hero image or edit the store in any way. Zero assistance available.

it is not shopify issue, but lots of bug and missunderstanding from Meta, and their support is bad, lie to me to get stars and good review, but nothing is get sorted.

This app is a glitchy, frustrating mess—just like everything else Meta puts out. Constant bugs, crashes, and an overall terrible user experience. Feels half-baked and poorly maintained. Disappointing.

AWFUL. Will not approve your store and there is no way to contact or request a review. All sorts of dead ends and no assistance. But they will take your money (in my case $400 in ad spend, but wont approve my store).

I am not happy with how the app works, we've got separate stores per country with Shopify and one social account. The Facebook and Instagram account however can only be connected to one Shopify store and both several.

it is not worth the money.
If I can not grow organic, there is no deal.

Instagram has ugly algorithms that makes it no interesting to pay for adds.
Small company owners can not effort $100 per month for zero outcome.

Same for FB.

Meta is not helpful and basically stealing money as they refuse to reimburse money credit that their UX pushed me to put on the "mother" account of the ad manager and which I can't use now since it is not connected to the shop and i can't make advantage + campaign.

Meta makes sure any request for reimbursement, which they should comply to under EU law goes, to the void and that you are activeley ...

Its been 5 months since i downloaded it to my store and i have been attempting multiple times to set it up, but every time it stayed in synchronizing additional information
I would like to find out what im missing here

Why do @MetaforBusiness @Meta give SMEs awful service despite big profits? Axed APAC high-value program in Covid. Why not offer great service to help us grow and boost your revenue too?
