easy to set up and it makes my business be exposed even more through my social media channel. I don't have to have huge following to be able to add link to it.
Trash, but it's not Shopify's fault , Facebook and Instagram is broken for ages. broken not loading pages many many many bugs, pure broken mess, product tagging not working , facebook pixel not working adds running weirdly ending up with a huge add bill with 0 traffic. Facebook is trash.
As an independent artist/musician, it's crucial for me to be able to link my Shopify store with FB and IG. This app makes the process simple and the setup was pain-free.
I keep trying to add it and then a few days later ir disappears. not sure what the problem is but I can't get my Facebook commerce going. and it keeps saying its not supported? that is just odd if its a Facebook app

HORRIBLE experience! I installed, worked real hard to get 10,000 followers on IG, did it and got the swipe up tagging. Had IG working for a few weeks, while FB for about a year. My FB page is older and I have over 45 grand followers. Thought this was a good idea after they invited me to install the app. Sold some things on FB and IG and all of the sudden they disabled the shops and withheld $467 of my money requesting that I prove my identity. I sent all sorts of ID and now they want me to show a phone bill with my website name on it to prove that my phone number is my business's number. I do not have a brick and mortar shop. The phone account is in my personal name and I have two phones and two numbers. One personal, one business. They will not accept that and have put me through hell trying to prove who I am for 7 weeks. Their customer service beyond sucks. I have disconnected this app, written off the money that they basically stole. Do not trust Facebook. If you have a problem too bad for you. I have been selling online 24 years and with Shopify 8 years. This is the worst experience ever. Facebook channel gets thumbs down and their customer service get 5 thumbs down

Consider bringing back our ability to post product for marketing . It was deleting by your developer team in Nov. Being able to be synced with Facebook to post product was simple and help business promote our product effectively. have been speaking to other businesses and It has been so damaging to not have this option. It is a shame Facebook has done away with our option to connect with our customers and audience this way. It is useless to speak with support as they act as if they know nothing about Facebook or changes. have sent feedback but pretty sure ignored. You need to really bring the gap of communication with Meta and Sellers. It is important and your team seem to lose touch with us. 4 month past Update to this review: You interface now has so many issues it is unbelievable every week you are changing something and simple breaking it just stop and go back to Oct 2022 and the enhances all those feature and all operations all changes since them have been very damaging to say the lest. Even product I do not give Facebook permission to show show on my store and your support is so poor and never helps they take my request and concerns and never generate a solution. I am luck if I get a response or follow up. You got to do better asap or Facebook will lose badly
