I use this app to help me advertise to potential customers. One actually made the ads on the platform that they provided it was quite easy I am now looking forward to seeing the traffic that it will no bring to my website.
I installed app ok, but pixel helper doesn't see pixel installed on my website...also in event manager show no activity. What is wrong with this app ?

Facebook/Meta is the worst. I have been trying to reach out to support for two month because they shut down my shop on Facebook for a violation that I did not violate. I followed the link to request a review but the button is grayed out on my end and I cannot click it to request a review. I have told them this for TWO MONTHS and have not received any support from anyone. I just started a business and this has been the most frustrating process and it should not be. All I am requesting is help, and as a business owner, I should be granted that request. Plain and simple.

Meta - Facebook und Instagram - sind unerlässliche Tools. Obwohl ich jeglichen Anweisungen gefolgt bin, ist es mir bis heute nicht gelungen,
- dass ich Werbung schalten kann
- dass ich meine Zahlungsmittel verifizieren
- das die Werbeeinschränkungen auf meinen Konten aufgehoben wurden
- ein Ticket zu eröffnen
- das der Kundenservice reagiert und mir eine andere Lösung anbietet als Links, die ins Nirwana enden
- Shopify mit Meta zu verknüpfen

So far most of the setup tasks are seamless. It's just the facebook side that's really complicated. It takes few days to enable the whole process
Majority of the time it doesn't work, the other times it requires me to reauthenticate, "load cookies".
