The second time I've opened this app my account was locked and when I've tried to unlock it, I've never received the email with the code.. and my mail is correct. I've tried for days! How can I do!

Because of this application I have been banned in the Facebook shop commerce , it adds products automatically

This app didn't work for me. The account was limited by Facebook and there is no obvious way to find out how to get any issues resolve. Wasted so many hours trying to get this app to work. Sadly, time to delete it :(

Horrible App! So much review and control form FB is going under. Do not wonder if your FB account, page or Ad is blocked at some point. As always, "you did not comply with our terms and conditions ", review process is done by AI Bots and rearly by real people. Support is also horrible! I would not suggest this app to anyone.

I see that this is a common problem when I tried to link to Fb and it blocked me. Now I don't have an access to my personal account or business account and I can't find a way to get back on.

Meta support was friendly - but that is the only thing going for it. I've been going back and forth with Meta support for the last two weeks trying get all of my products (62 total) that are approved, synced, and visible on Meta commerce catalog and Meta store previews to actually display on the live Facebook/Instagram shops. The most I've seen displayed were 8.
They continually ignored information that actually seemed worth investigating (Such as: Instagram would automatically tag a product—that wasn't visible in the Instagram shop, but was synced and approved—if I posted an image that was similar to product image. From that point on, that product would be visible in the shop. Also if someone purchased a product through Shopify, and the product wasn't visible in Meta shops, after the Shopify purchase, the product would show in Meta shops also).
They continually told me fix products with issues that would prevent them from being on the store. One product issue is being out of stock, but it is actually out of stock). Another was a coming soon/not available for purchase item that had been removed from their sales channel.
I've cleared cache, cookies, tried different devices, different browsers, had others try in different cities. All had the same result.

I removed the Facebook app because it wasn't working. Now I am unable to reinstall — it simply says there's an error and to return to the dashboard.

So far it's useless, one problem after another and no one can help it seems, it's unfortunate cause I'd like to be able to use it

I have spent the last 48 hours trying to install the Facebook pixel on my shop (without success). I thought the problem was mine, but looking at the comments, I see that many people have the same problem. I am wasting a lot of time with this problem, and potentially money. I contacted Facebook, they sent me to Shopify, and I see in the comments that Shopify is implying that the problem is with Facebook.
The quality of service is really awful.
