Facebook & Instagram

Je n'arrive malheureusement pas à vendre via les réseaux Facebook et Instagram...
J'ai pu créer une page Facebook afin de poster mes produits, mais je n'arrive pas à mettre des boutons d'achats sur les produits, et sur Instagram c'est pareil

The app is good because it led to getting live agent support with Meta, whereas going through Meta directly it was impossible. AI continued to "block" me from getting live agent support. Meta is way to complicated with too many platforms (Business Suite, Commerce, Ads Manager, Business Manager, etc.). I have received live agent help 2-3 times from Meta in the past year and although they solve some immediate problems other problems arise due to too many new Meta accounts (and pixels) needed to be created but not being linked to the other correct Meta accounts. If only Meta had the live support that Shopify offers and was set up in a less confusing format.

Diese App ist gut doch schwer u verstehen. Support ist leider nur in Englisch. Das Synchronisieren verstehe ich nicht den Produkte und Kategorien muss ich selber eingeben, leichtes zuweisen der Produkte habe ich nicht gesehen. vielleicht dauert es 24 Stunden bis man erfolge sieht????

Sometime due to sync or other reason we have to uninstall the app and each time it create a new catalogue which is frustrating. Due to this we have to connect this new catalogue to all campaigns manually and even for a few type of campaign there is no option to add new one and the only option left is to create new campaign due which we loss the historically data.

Kindly fix this issue and allow users to connect the existing catalogue after uninstallation

En general, la integración funciona con normalidad para tareas básicas. Sin embargo, el catálogo se crea una vez y no es posible crear uno adicional. Por lo tanto, la funcionalidad es muy limitada. El soporte de FB no puede resolver ningún problema técnico complejo.

I like the way the app syncs with Facebook and Instagram however I've had multiple issues sorting out the pixel. Facebook meta teams say I need to contact Shopify and Shopify team says I need to contact Facebook, so I am very frustrated at this very point!

oder Tags in Description) Sollte es dazu Hinweise und Tipps gehen, dann würde wir uns über eine Nachricht freuen. Eine erste Support-Anfrage wurde mit Fragen Sie bei Facbeook nach beantwortet, wobei die Daten klar nicht von Shopify übermittelt wurden.
