Generally works great, but now it tells me that I have an "Action needed" but I cant click "Open app" and all settings are green and active.

Lamentável que em Portugal não se consiga ter a loja na página do Facebook. Esta medida descrimina os negócios no país face a outros que dispõem dessa vantagem.

This app has always been flakey. I've found it disconnected from time to time. Also, I can't activate PayPal because the button doesn't work. Finally, I was surprised to find that all my products had a 10% discount automatically applied.

It is a struggle trying to get the catalog back on the platform once it is removed for a simple information update

I found it diffcult to list products as some would be declined without an explanation as to why this was, other than 'commerce policies'. This didn't help me rectify the problem with editing product descriptions etc., the specific issue needs to be given. The help from the developers was limited.

The app is fine however I got several sales during the holidays and since my items are personalized and have custom options I had to track these people down. This however was not as easy as emailing them or reaching out to them through the fB shop. They never either got the messages or they were never sent. I have no idea how you FB can force something on shops that just doesn't work.
