Facebook & Instagram

Nothing but trouble with this app and integration with Facebook / Meta.
Have had issues and NO shop for over 6 weeks. Up to 25 attempts to fix the issues trying to contact Meta with no resolution in sight. One thing fixed, another breaks.
Pathetic and costing me sales in the lead-up to Christmas and shop not working.

Integrating Facebook & Instagram with Shopify has been a great experience. The seamless product sync, shoppable posts, and easy ad management have helped boost sales and engagement. The ability to reach a wider audience and drive traffic directly from social media has been invaluable.

A very smooth integration, fast and seamless. Not to mention how important a tool it is. I used it and it was so easy, that as a business owner with no Onsite Tech Dev team could do it with no help.

This app is quite easy and quick to install, and get your shop visible on Facebook and Instagram.

Helpful. Room for improvement for user friendlyness. But does function.

So far, so good! I've been able to get my products on Facebook & Instagram and all appears to be running well. Fairly easy to set up and everything is talking between Shopify and both platforms.
