Customer service does not help you with issues. They expect you to troubleshoot the problems on your own. Also the user experience is confusing and rates are overpriced

Could not connect accounts. Automatically selected accounts to connect which did not relate to this Shopify account. When wanted to change it just automatically sent me back. It messed up my Ads Manager and Pixel. Meta is 100% the worst company on this planet. Incomprehensible how incredibly incompetent this company could be. Thanks to this, my registered and set up Ads Manager got demoted from Admin to just a User of my account with no chance of recovering it. Also somehow this company has 0 people working in support. Thanks Meta Fuck you

always some issues syncing new products and having them appear on my instagram shop

It's been such an easy transition to add my shop to Facebook and instagram! Thank you Shopify for making this so seamless and effortless process!

We could not connect our shopify store to this app. Meta always returns with tons of unresolvable errors and there is no one to attend.

I'd recommend because this is where the community looking forward to connect with trustworthy business model.

I cannot tag products on my instagram

My products disappeared from facebook and instagram shop. I have had several conversations with Meta and they have been unable to resolve the issue.

Still lots of complication listing a simple product and Meta page is extremely complicated and not user friendly for customers.. Dynamic or this and that.. It should be simple shopping platform for ALL!
Also it is not helping sellers to generate decent profit, what comes goes for advertisement. Disappointing and discouraging
