It allows customers to buy when products are sold out and not available on the site causing me to have a lot of unhappy consumers for cancelling orders.

Went smoothly and was prompted on what to do at each step. Only flaw was that it didn't work on Firefox and I had to try again on Chrome.
I used this app to help me integrate Shopify with Facebook. It worked very well. Straight forward. I would recommend to a friend or colleague.
The process was very easy and I'm excited to get started. I just started my business and hopefully this will help me generate sales!

Until they fix the issue with only posting one picture, this app is useless. I get countless messages a day asking for more pics than they're seeing on FB/IG, and I have to direct them to my website. So, what's the point of having this channel at all???
