Facebook & Instagram

App no longer working. Keep getting error message. Uninstalled it, now can't reinstall. Hope someone from support will reply. Sigh!

Super confusing to use. The older version used to be more user friendly and now it's been overcomplicated.

My Facebook has been under review with shopify for I believe a year and I haven't been able to get it resolved with either Meta or Shopify

Terrible. I can't get in touch with Meta. So frustrating. bad bad bad what is going on?

way to buggy, this app does not even have a decent support. try to contact FB support is a impossible quest.

Instagram has now disabled 2 of my business pages - No reason, They just pulled it down, I have now lost all my income as well as navigating cancer! Instagram is now the last resort for me

customer service sucks. I can't log into anyhting. I've been trying to reach out and I can't get past just a simple fucking code. why do business on here at all, if you make impossible to solve problems. go fuck yourselves.

The app is still having issues connecting shop catalogues to Facebook ads Manager. There are no instructions and even tech-support does not have solutions. Again a colossal waste of time.

Seems like I am having the same problems as others...
Have been waiting for the approval for weeks... The Shopify itself also mentions the developer of the app needs to update the version matches to the newest Shopify version of API which updates every 3 months...
If this info is wrong, in any other ways around, please approve my Shopify account syncs with Facebook&Instagram...

Literally broken for me. App settings are blank, and can't actually use it from Meta's end as product fixes and reverification is near impossible.
