Horrible app! always "did not comply with our community standards" and cannot contact chat support. And no button to appeal.

Come mai non posso collegare il mio account Shopify con Instagram è Facebook per taggare i prodotti che vendo? Dopo che il mio account Instagram è stato hackerato e ne ho dovuto creare un altro, non riesco più a installare l’app metà su shopify.

its great, now being able to sale my products on Facebook and Instagram. So happy this app is available
Terrible app. As other have also mentioned. FB blocked my ability to have a shop and there is no one to get support. This has been going on for weeks and no resolution. Very very very frustrating! Shopify and Facebook you owe your customers/clients good service. Robots are not working!

When this app is working, it's amazing. However, I consistently have to uninstall, reinstall because FB/Shopify can't figure out how to update w/out causing issues for the other side. It is extremely frustrating.

Works well for my website gocrossbow.com. Pretty basic to set up and use. Doesn't effect website speed very much.
I asked for help setting up my Facebook page to my business website. The guy who originally set it up committed suicide last year so I cannot get them to help out. I sent more than half a dozen times photo Id, Passport. Driving licence, bank statements and signed statement and still no one has helped. Now they are asking for me to send in a photograph of my signing a statement. It’s an absolute joke !! I have now dealt with more than 12 people who are constantly asking me for the same things. Disgraceful!!

I haven't used it yet but I have been trying to get my site set up so I can sell through Facebook and Instagram easily. I am hoping the app will help me do this.
