didnt finish set up at terms and conditions couldnt do anything and wasnt able to set up i was disappointed Shopify wouldnt post my add until I gave 4 stars what a scam

I used this app, really got me hooked. It really does walk you through everything you need to know. I am blessed if it wasn’t for them I would be getting scammed with no business. Thank y’all

Generally does what it has to do. However as a shop owner I cannot see a configuration created by a staff account. Namely, when I'm logged in, the app suggest me to configure everything from scratch. Not sure if it's a bug or a feature but either way it's a big drawback.

Easy to set up n easy to shop. Then the only problem I ran into is to connect it to my Facebook page and not letting me buy a new Domain. keeps saying to edit my profile. other than that my shop or store is up n Runnin'.

Totally disabled my Facebook account when I tried to connnect. Absolutely no support from Facebook and so far no support from Shopify either. I have tried Shopify support and they basically wash their hands of it and say it's a FB issue. Now I can't access my FB business page because of this. I WOULD NOT download and use this app if you value continued access to your FB account.

I cannot access anything, have spent way too many hours on this integration, and Facebook has zero help. I did all the steps, then informed me that someone else is the owner of my pages and won't allow me to go any further. Facebook, I am the owner, admin, ads account manager of my Facebook and IG pages, so where are my emails going so I confirm this? The only thing that I can think of is changing the IG handle. Indeed this is not the reason why I cannot connect. Absolutely rubbish, and far too much stress thinking I have been hacked. I contacted Facebook and tried the links, but that was a dead-end Such a waste of time.
