Generalmente es mala, porque hacen tantas actualizaciones que no se pueden controlar por medio de la app.

Lo absurdo es que cuando no funciona, shopify culpa a meta y meta culpa a shopify pero nadie resuelve ningún problema.

Actualmente la restricción de datos core en el pixel es un dolor de cabeza, además de que hicieron cambios en la integración recientemente.

this app will not allow me to sync my business page from IG to shopify. My products have been approved and yet for some reason Facebook Meta is not syncing my products. I am missing out on potential customers because of this. Every time I try to reconnect the instagram an issue has occurred. Both instagram and facebook have been giving business store issues. This is unacceptable and unfair. All of my products are from a drop shipping supplier. In which they are legal and meet all requirements according to the guidelines. So what is the real issue?

This application has not been a positive experience and has consumed a considerable amount of time. Despite attempting to resolve issues related to connectivity and verification for over 10 days for now, the problems have only worsened with time. Recently, there was an attempt to start over by disconnecting from Shopify, but this resulted in a complete disconnection of the catalog, making it impossible to reconnect. The app claims that the asset is already connected and directs the user to the commerce manager, which provides conflicting information about the connection and rejections. Numerous attempts have been made to connect, but there is no one to contact for assistance and no response to messages. This is frustrating as I still not authorized or verified on Facebook or Instagram. It is recommended that others avoid this app and focus on their website and email list instead.
