J'ai utilisé cette application pour pouvoir mettre en vitrine ma boutique par ce canal social. J'ai pas encore effectuer de vente pour l'instant mais je crois que ça ne saurait tarder.

I've just spent the last few hours going round in circles, trying to connect my Instagram account so I can tag my products and I keep getting the same "Sorry, something went wrong" can your help to solve this problem please?

Após a última atualização da Meta a integração com a aba Marketing do Shopify parou de funcionar. Não aparecem opções de criar ações de marketing dentro do Shopify. Ou seja, ficou inútil. Tentei contato com o suporte da Meta mas tudo o que recebo são e-mails enormes que muito falam e nada fazem... ficam me enrolando e não resolvem o problema. A Meta é um desserviço para o varejo, impressionante como conseguem complicar o que poderia ser simples.

I think this is by far one of the worst apps ever. Somehow facebook declined all my products due to availability. Apparantly my products are still protected with a storefront password (which is not the case cause my webshop is open). Neither shopify or facebook seem to be able to shed a light on this. The only anwser im getting is : we dont support the app. Which is possible, but who does then?

i used this app to help me to do business better than any other places. I really like how it does businesses to benefit everyone they use. It would be nice if it did business better than anyone. I am very excited to join these it might help me to build my business to the main purpose. If can they do that for me i'm super excited. I'm looking forward to get out of the rat races hoping this APP will help make me rich one day and fulfill my dreams. This is the first time i'm involve of doing something like this to guide me to find my real dreams in life.

Every time I update anything on my shopify it appears on my customers news feeds which is very intrusive. It has caused me to loose a lot of followers. Absolutely ridiculous.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! That definitely sounds frustrating and not ideal. In that regard, we have had a few merchants experience the same issue. The issue that you've described is coming from a setting within your Facebook notifications and not from our app directly. We aren't able to control how Facebook displays your product updates however, we did some digging on our end and the way you would turn off these notifications is to go to your Business Page Settings > Page Updates > click on Edit > and turn off post notifications so that they don't automatically update every change. This should turn off the automatic posts. Thank you! - Anna, Shopify Support

i used this app to set up facebook shop really easy to use and smooth had no problems at all and also very quick to set up

Sync with Shopify products that have variants resulted in Facebook/Instagram deciding what variant to advertise and that is really not what you want, 1 full day lost.
