If I could give this app -5 stars I would. This is the worst app ever. It just does not work and its super frustrating. Facebook needs to come up with a much more user friendly way to set up your instagram shop because its just much more difficult then it needs to be. It also doesn't help there is not chat or email or way to connect with Facebook for guidance when they know how intricate there systems are...

When it comes to selling on Facebook and Instagram the eligibility is determined directly by Facebook. It allows customers to buy when products are sold out and not available on the site causing me to have a lot of unhappy consumers for cancelling orders.

if I could give this app a 0. Absolute worst change facebook and instagram can do. its a waste of time and money. They will lose money with these horrible changes. running a business on these platforms have ben a nightmare since july 2022

The updates have made the integrations almost impossible to use without a specialized degree. Then, if you want help, good luck navigating their support system. You'll wait days to get a response, if ever. They're missing out on a lot of ad revenue simply because they've made their processes impossible for the normal user to comprehend.

We have HUGE problems activating the PIXEL and getting retargeting and dynamic adds to work. This is a big problem. Products do sync and that part works fine, but without a correct working pixel it is not usable. Contacted support but only receive links to (simple) existing HELP documents. Does anybody experience the same problems and got a solution?

I tried to connect Facebook sales channel with my Shopify store and it did not connect. There was a message error after completing the installation saying "There was a problem processing this action. Please refresh the page". After changing many emails during 2 weeks with Shopify support team and speaking with 5 team members, I received an email from Shopify saying that they can't solve this issue because it is from Facebook and they will close my ticket ID. I am disappointed by the support I received. The error appeared on Shopify platform, Shopify should help fixing errors on their platform.

However, there are cases where issues that stem from Facebook are reflected in our app, but but do not have a causal relation to the app. It seems our technical team has investigated and ruled this to be the case for your issue. lot of glitch. stay away from facebook if you like to increase your sales. Facebook is a open book giving and selling our data to others
Not working. When I try to connect our FB Business Account, it finds a wrong account and I cannot change this wrong account to my Business account.

Cannot get our Shopify Plus account to sync with Facebook Commerce Center. Support has been essentially useless.
