I am using this app to help me with my Ecomm business. I am hoping this can be easily used. Looking forward to working smoothly with this app.
Commerce Account got disabled after switching to this new channel. After 3 months and following many service agents suggestions, there is still no solution or hear back from FB. We are not even allow to appeal the wrong decision. All they can say is "we are still investigating to get to the bottom of the issue. Rest assured that the whole team is doing its best to arrive with conclusive findings and resolution".
And this is almost a month, I doubt they are doing anything.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. That definitely sounds like a very frustrating experience as you are still waiting for Facebook to come to a decision on your commerce account. When it comes to account eligibility Facebook has complete control over this aspect so you definitely have taken the proper steps by contacting them. It is good but sometimes does not show on my sales channels properly. This is when I go go to add new products through my shopify.

So this is probably the 4th week for me with Shopify and Facebook. It's awesome that there's the Facebook Chanel option with Shopify... it definitely makes life so much easier. So far I had a lot of hiccups but I guess everything is new to me. For example I uploaded the items to Facebook Shop manually but then I realised that the two apps synchronise automatically and I ended up with doubles. I gave three stars so far because that is the experience for me at this point. I am aware that there are many features that I haven't yet made use of so I know that my rating will get better as I go along :)

Was expecting it to be complex, jsut follow the shopify instructions as it is very streamlined and fairly intuitive, good-job Facebook and Shopify!
Easy to use. EAsily connects with other applications. Very easy to manage products. I recommend it to everyone.
