Too many steps, please reduce steps so Pixel can be easily set up. You can upgrade UX design to look more nice.

The worst support I've ever encountered, repetitive bans for no reason. The support team told me I would receive a response within 24 hours, but 5 days later, still nothing and no response despite multiple follow-ups. Many other issues as well!!!

I used this app to connect my store to facebook. Easy and cuts my time in half. I would recommend this app to all business.

There's a lot going on. Which is good and bad! It seems like the app expect you to already know a lot before you get to use it. It's an uphill learning curve, which again, it's exciting and sort of overwhelming at the same time.

It seemed easy to configure. What troubled me is that I just got disconnected after an upload but I was not warned by shopify or facebook. I think an email notification would help big time.

Does not work for Instagram only work on Facebook.
Also when adding a schedule for ads it does not close on the end date and ad keeps on running. Have to manually go and stop the ad.

Ads Account disabled after switching to this, no explanation, and very little assistance...I wasted so much money on Shopify in general these past few months, what a scam. So disappointing and frustrating. My first ever store on Shopify and I was just starting to get the hang of it.

I tried adding this app to integrate my shopify account and fb disabled my account. 8 year old fb account gone and there is probably no way to fix this. Shopify should contact facebook to resolve this issue, everyday so many people get their accounts disabled. If you can't do anything about it for god sake DISPLAY A WARNING STATING "YOUR ACCOUNT CAN BE DISABLED!!!" DON'T YOU HAVE ANY PRODUCT MANAGERS SERIOUSLY ? DON'T ASK FOR MY FEEDBACK DISPLAY A WARNING OR REMOVE THE APP, OTHERWISE I WILL LODGE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT

I had a lot of trouble connecting my page for some reason. Finally got it linked after a year...best of luck folks! Linking to my instagram page turned out to be troublesome
