some times i am unable to publish my add campaign
App was at "In Review" status for months, with no feedback. Uninstalled and reinstalled app and it's still the same status.
My facebook and instagram shops are disconnected and verified way more than 2 days ago
Have completed all steps but just stays 'In Review'. Bit of waste of time so far!

Extremely buggy. I've had to reconnect my shop countless times. (It often flags innocuous items like "black geometric earrings" as obscene and not able to be sold.

My personal account is suspended for some unknown reason, and there is no way for me to learn the reason, or remedy the situation. TERRIBLE
App doesn’t work as described. Won’t finishing syncing my store. Support is literally NON EXISTENT, there is no way to contact anyone from Facebook to help. If I could give this app 0 stars I would.
I understand that certain data needs to be exchanged between my Shopify site and Meta in order to facilitate a purchase. However, like almost every app on this platform - there is no reason an app needs to have access to all of my customer data and more. If I sell 5,000 products and only one order on Facebook, why do they get access to the 4,999 other customer's data? I think too many times folks click through all the 'Accept' buttons and never have a clue that they are opting to literally share all of their customer's private data with a 3rd party. I have a privacy policy that states I will not share customer details with 3rd parties...and I'm going to stick with that.
