Having the worst time connecting my catalog to facebook and instagram. The help I have been getting has been terrible I send screenshots and video recording and they keep asking for more and more and I get nowhere.

keeps rejecting my commerce even when I have no errors and everything approved. its hard to get customer support. I was told I don't have enough followers and likes, so this is a reason of trustworthiness, but FB is willing to take my money for ads ?? how does that work?

Thank you so much for leaving a review. That certainly does not sound ideal. You have definitely taken the proper next step in getting in touch with Facebook regarding your commerce account. I have seen the requirement of trustworthiness come up from my experience with other merchants. While Shopify does not have a hand in the approval process, I would like to share some resources on how you can build up your following while growing your business on Instagram so you can be approved by Facebook. I have been suspended 1 week after the beginning of my ads just after being hacked. it is impossible to join the client service and today I have not recovered either my page for ads either my personal account. I am very worried because I have a lot of personal information and credit card on it. That's not normal for such a big company to not have a client service to help people and fix problem... Very disappointing

I can't get any help, unfortunately. My account keeps getting temporarily disabled every week or so, and I cannot reach out to anybody. Reviews last for days and I never get an actual reason for the disabling. I comply with every policy, yet I still encounter issues and have nobody to ask for help from to at least find out if I am doing something wrong and what that is. On top of that, this app keeps showing me errors. Been trying to reconnect my store for the past hour and I keep getting different errors and time-outs. Really frustrating.

Facebook orders do not sync and integrate with the Shopify platform. Facebook confirms the order has been placed, but nothing shows up on the Shopify end. I used to love the Shopify platform, but recently it has been nothing but a nightmare. After reading hundreds of forums and spending countless hours, still no response from the Shopify support. We all would appreciate some help before we change to another platform.

The app doesn't work. It says "There was a problem with this request. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can." It's been several days!

I cannot connect to Facebook Channel app but I was connected to the Facebook Shop app and everything was working well on my Facebook page. However, after deleting Facebook Shop thinking it was the cause for being unable to connect I have now lost the ability to connect on Facebook Shop and can not connect to either Facebook apps and now my business and store does not exist on Facebook!!! I need immediate assistance!!! Every time I attempt to "Install Facebook" I get the "Sorry, something went wrong" message and when I hit "Go Back" I am suddenly logged into the Facebook profile it said couldn't connect but nothing has connected to shopify and I can't put in my Facebook Pixel, Use Facebook, Create Ads, Sell products... This is catastrophic. Please Assist.

The app uses the "compare with" amount when displaying stock items on Facebook but Shopify uses - rightly so - the "price" figure for sales.
Until this app uses the same figure it is useless as sometimes the "compare with" is used for the RRP and sales price may be higher due to scarcity of stock.

Jack here from Shopify. Thanks for taking the time to submit your feedback. The channel sends both the sale and regular price to Facebook, but Facebook will always use the lower of the 2. What Facebook does with the product data is out of our hands but I will submit your feedback to our internal team. Monumentally poor support. Installed our Pixel the way they wanted us to over two months ago. Issues from day one with data not firing properly. I've been passed from pillar to post through their "support" teams and yet nothing is getting fixed. We're going to have to look for an alternative method of connecting our Meta Pixel to our store.
