Bad app, I can not reconnect my exsited catalog when I disconnect. When re-connect, it generate a new catalog. So stupid app.

Every time I get going and making money Facebook says I violated something and I have tried to fight it and they deny me. They don't even tell you why. All my ads were approved and no issues. I wasted time and money working with them. This has happened twice now. Very depressing.

the setup is so annoying it's insane. Normally i'm very patient but wow. You impressed me how bad this works. Especially the new Business Suite from Facebook is one of the worst downgrades I've ever seen. Goin to TikTok Ads now.

We had a terrible experience with setting up facebook. Super shit improve your systems and processes meta were stick with TIkTok.

1. NO Support. I have reach out numerous times, no response.
2. You are required to use Shopify Payments. Why? Kickbacks?

I just wanted to be able to sell on Facebook and Instagram without issues. If you are wanting simplicity, this is NOT the app for you.
