As soon as I connected Shopify to Facebook and IG, both the social media accounts got restricted

The worst support from shopify and meta. Both companies hand balling the issue, after months of continuous contact attempts still no resolution.

I have gone through the verification process five times and get "stuck" on the phone/text verification every time. I double check the number, went through the troubleshoot process and still, I get no call and no code. There is also no live help.
It is very frustrating and there seems to be no solution as I've already gone through the troubleshooting to no avail, and there is no one to contact.

Hi, i have a big problem with this app.
Whit this app my FBpixel collect events only if my shop is setting on the defaul domain.
If I set the shop to use my own activity domain (a third party domain), the pixel stop collect event.
Anyone can help me?
I tried to install/reinstall/clean business manager/verify domain/eliminate cookie banner. Nothing worked. I'm disheartened.

cannot install, always error. reported this with meta but no response and they kick me back to shopify. shipify kicked me back to meta again.

What an app, what a customer service, there has been already more than a week since I stopped all my ads because the Facebook pixel is not reporting accurate info, and the customer service hasn't fixed the problem yet.

problem in looping store with facebook for pixel kindly help
If you are in the UK don't waste your time - its no longer supported at all - you can set it all up in Shopify and on Facebook, but the shop itself will never show. Something to do with our privacy laws. Wasted so much time on this. Just add a disclaimer to the app or better still Shopify - don't make it available to our region?
