Took a minute to figure out how to set up. But overall good. Trying to to figure out how to link my store, the store that is linked does not show any of my current content.
The ability to update catalogues across omnichannels (i.e., Instagram, Facebook) is wonderful. Hopefully, there is any avenue to link products in Tiktok.
We spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out why we could not add myself as an Admin on the FB page; finally figured out that we needed to be "friends" in order for it to work. Would have saved us a lot of time if there was some sort of side note on the Add Person page indicating that requirement. Other than that, all went fine.
Long time to figure out minor things like the Ad Account ID. Also I didn't know I wasn't charged for my ad until I tried the follow multiple tutorials.
this sales channel is fantastic if Facebook ads and business accounts function properly the minute Facebook ban your ads account that is the problem
I am happy with this app. Still I did not see the results yet, so it's weird to ask for my rate at this stage.
The app is used to connect our brand with our growing community and bring awareness to our products.
It was pretty simple to set up for someone who is not super tech savvy. Instructions were straight to the point.
Changing this review to 4 stars. The issue was taken care of by Robyn in support. It seems the app works, the issue is with Facebook which is very difficult and glitchy to setup. Following Robyn's directions, I was able to get it to work. I give the app 4 stars because I find FB problematic to deal with. This is not the app's fault. If you have trouble accept the offer of support from Shopify and it should work. ORIGINAL REVIEW: App shows in my products as available channel but on my business FB page I see NO products in the catalog. I gave this a few days to possibly load, but it just is not working. I used this app before and it disconnected often. Until this is fixed, it is useless!
