Haven’t been able to connect my shop to this. I want to show my shop on instagram. Meta staff are NOT helpful at all. I’ve been emailing and begging for help for 62 days. They are useless and have zero empathy. It’s all “upload a screen recording” then do this 20 step ritual that won’t work, then we’ll close your ticket and ignore you. I’m losing out on potential sales with the lack of help. Terrible platform, im stuck in the mud and no one will help me!

I can't even get this app setup much less use it. Right after I install the app, I get an error that reads "Sorry, something went wrong". I talked to support and they got the same error. I've installed and uninstalled numerous times and I still can get passed that error. Even the Shopify support doesn't know what's wrong with it. How is it possible to have such an important app not even load after installation?

this app ruins the business and wast our time and energy. We can not link and sell on Instagram. It works with Facebook only. It says our shop meets all requirments. there are 3 bugs. 1. Verify your domain
We need to verify that you own the domain that you entered in your account. We'll walk you through the steps needed for verification, or you can submit a different domain for review
Appeal unsuccessful
Your review was unsuccessful. domain could not be connected to your shop. -> it is perfectly connected!! how can we set up our store without connecting it to shopify!!! Please think twice before you speak. 2. This website is not approved
Product unavailable on your website
To use this website, your products must be sold on the website connected to your account. -> they are pretty much 100% sold very clearly and surely. 4 year old boy can even see it. who does even ask for it withtou selling products!! 3. Your account has been rejected for a shop on Instagram
After reviewing your submitted domain, we found that it doesn't comply with our Commerce Eligibility Requirements. If you think there’s been a mistake, you can request another review. -> Like I said there is no problem to sell on Facebook. It says account quality is good. we have asked to review over and over. no improvement. is there any workers?

Why cant I connect my facebook page to shopify? This is slowing down my progression for no reason. I get this message when I try to connect my shopify, im in CANADA and i cant connect it, what the hell?:
This account can't be selected because checkout on Facebook or Instagram is only available in some countries. If you want to select this account, go back and choose a different checkout method
EDIT: Please dont tell me to go to facebook customer service, it's impossible to talk to a real person, I don't need that written info, its useless. I need to tal kto a real agent.

i cant even get it to open & load. it just goes to a blank white page. no error message, nothing. its been installed. i just cant access it to do anything with it. so useless.

Wont show half my product varients because of invalid image link which is the same link for the products it will show. Offers no working solution as well.

I sell natural products and makeup, and I don't have any problem with google list, But I got restricted to my business account on Facebook, and I can't use any marketing campaign now, I sent a letter to Meta to know what is the violation I did? , and they keep saying please look to our violation list to know better, completly it's like a reboot answer, I use Facebook since 2009, and I do marketing campaigns since 2010, with 13 pages, I lost all these assets because of this app .

Error message after error message. Instructions that don't work. A new support staff member responds each time so there's zero ownership of actually helping you solve the issue. I just don't think Shopify integrations work, but they look shiny and fairly easy to use from the outside. Once you try to implement anything it takes weeks if not months to resolve.

If i could rate this app 0 i would. Literally the most difficult app on here. I tried my best to give it a try. Im completely drained over this app. Support is absolutely no help either. I do not recommend.

This is the worst integration app on shopify, literally a minefield to workout i have been trying to get shop linked to my instragram account and that has been a pain! first if you do not have a facebook page dont even bother. Even when you do create one you are restricted so whats the point. I have sent all documents i can muster and still restricted. Fix it!!!
