This is great. I would recommend it again. I liked the interface and it creates my products in Facebook Shop. Wonderful.
so far no major issues identified... more feedback after more usage of the app possible... but generally it looks nice...
So far so good -just got it set up. Seemed obvious and easy. My only issue is when there is a button to move right or left for on or off, make it more obvious which direction is which.

I use this app to get trafik to my web.What my problem is that I had not lunched my website. I am working om that now.

Too complicated, too many options, should have made it simpler, and then through experience adding more and more options for user. This is way too complicated for a beginner.
Does not work for Instagram only work on Facebook.
Also when adding a schedule for ads it does not close on the end date and ad keeps on running. Have to manually go and stop the ad.

This used to work well but due to some recent updates, I'm no longer able to connect my Facebook brand account as well as Instagram and I lost all the synced products on my Facebook shop. I contacted the support team and got the explanation that Facebook/Instagram shopping aren't available in my country which in fact they are!

When it comes to account eligibility and supported countries, this is something determined directly by Facebook. Impossible to use. I installed the the Sales Channel app, pixel, and then there's the business manager, that helps track everything. You have to make sure they all line up and that the admin account is your personal account and then add your business pages,catalogs,and ad managers as assets...to the correct account to have permissions to manage them. After googling/youtubing all of that to get everything in the right place, all of the products in my catalog get approved, but my store gets rejected!??!? I'm not sure what I'm missing. I don't know if you have to have X amount of followers or what is wrong. It says my store is not approved and it directs me to the business requirements/eligibility pagessss, (basically lengthy terms & conditions section). After reading it, I'm even more confused because my store should be eligible...However, it doesn't give you the specific reason or problem that needs to be fixed. I've messaged the "help link" but have yet to receive a response. I've lost daysss...trying to figure out the Metametrics puzzle...I thought inserting code to verify my domain was going to be the hardest part...unfortunately, I was wrong. Verifying my domain at least had step by step instructions available directions on where to go if it didn't work. Good Luck!
