it helps , still trying to understand it and get some sales on Facebook, still struggling with sales

I used this app to build my audiences attention to our top products. it was an easy setup accessing and connecting shopify and facebook. i wish there was more button options when editing template
Stop this b*llshit, come back to previous version or i will migrate to w*rdpress. I JUST WANT ADD A PIXEL, don't want to connect all my business manager to shopify.. If only this work but they is a lot of errors and can't select the good page, or catalog or instagram... Seriously don't f*ck up, please simplify and not do it harder

With the facebook app you have everything very comfortable and easy to use. I recommend it to all people so that you have more possibilities to publicize your products.
I was busy setting up sales campaigns to promote our products on facebook and instagram - sadly when it came to publishing the campaigns it failed. Upon closer investigation we found that the "shops" disappeared only to find that the whole integrations has been removed with actions saying that the app requires attention. Further to this I was an absolute nightmare to figure out what was happening, I eventually got an article that advised the shops function is removed. Now we don't event have shops on facebook or instagram in our region, which is completely insane. I started the Shopify platform because of the seamless integration with meta. This is no longer the case. Very upset that we can't have shops in South Africa anymore.

it was pretty simple and an easy step by step process. It would be great if the Facebook Privacy Note gave us details as to where to put specific information in our policy template
I used app to add products to sell via instagram shop. needs to be simpler. Couldn't edit items easily
