Awful experience. Half the time my products won't even sync from Shopify to Facebook without any reason. I was also not able to use a Facebook commerce account, and my questions were not answered by Facebook's customer service either.

Thank you for leaving a review and sharing your experience. That certainly does not sound ideal. When it comes to commerce account approvals and product approvals this is something determined directly by Facebook that Shopify does not have a hand it. 4 estrela apenas porque exite que tenhamos o Shopify Payments. Isso limita para quem quer usar um outro meio de pagamento. Mas se voce usa o Shopify Payments ele faz tudo sozinho mesmo.

I NO longer desire to use FB as a channel to advertise on as the comments/actions of OTHER rude/obnoxious users are NOT shadow banned as certain people appear to be. Many Thanks

It has said my shops are active but I have never seen them on either fb or ig. Where are they? It's been months!!!! Uninstalling NOW! BYE!

this was pretty easy setting up i am not sure how well it works but hopefully i will start seeing customers coming to my store

This absolutely does not work every time I try to add the app it literally brings me to a page that is about to load but then after a 2-3 min wait says error not found…. Please Shopify Facebook fix this issue we are trying to advertise our products and time is of the essence when getting these things done.

I keep getting logged out every time the app updates. I am always having to stop what I am doing to fix it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and experience. I can definitely understand why this would be inconvenient since you are being asked to log in every time there is an app update. Please know this is currently an expected behaviour as Facebook will invalidate your user token any time there is a change in the app to ensure account security and we are not able to override this for our merchants. I will be sending you an email soon to see if there is any more details you would like to share so I can forward your feedback to our developers. I created a Facebook account with real name and all correct information to use it with Shopify app. This is my first time on Facebook. Just after making the setup with Shopify app my Facebook account was locked forever. I did nothing wrong or bad since I didn't even had time to use my account. I already tried all available facebook forms for reviewing my case, I sent them pictures and identity cards...etc. Now, I am banned for ever and reviewing again is impossible. contacting Shopify support they suggest I contact facebook.. I told them I cannot contact Facebook because I don't have access to my account. they send me back the same story again asking me to login to my account and use the chat... not working for me.

Also so was schlechtes. Facebook-Pixel hat überhaupt nicht funktionier.
Dann auf Facebook selber wollte ich Werbeanzeigen schalten.
Immer und Immer wieder bekam ich Fehlermeldungen ich verstosse gegen irgendwelche Contents. Alles durchgelesen, auch meine Bilder waren angemessen und in keinster Weise Illegal. Immer wieder einen neuen Text genommen und neue Bilder. Na,ja, die Anzeige lief dann mal kurz. Und nach 1 oder 2 Stunden ist denen eingefallen das ich doch gegend irgendwas verstosse. Immer wieder habe ich es probiert mit dem ENDE, das mein Werbekonto gesperrt wurde. Support angeschrieben. weil ich wissen wollte gegen was ich verstossen haben soll. Laaaaange keine Antwort. nach 2 Tagen kam dann nur: Ich sollte mir die Richtlinien durch lesen. Was ich schon mindestens 5 mal gemacht hatte. Und nach 2 weiteren Tagen kam die Antwort: Ihr Werbekonto bleibt gesperrt, das ist unsere Final Entscheidung. Ich denke FB sollte lieber mal Ihre eigenen Richtlinien überdenken.
Wie soll man bei sowas Werbung machen, wenn die einem ALLES ablehnen. Schlechter gehts nicht !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
