it seems good, I don't use it yet but the installation was fast. I hope it can fulfill my need. Thanks anyway
Have not used it yet but will update when I have. I'm installing the app and hope it is a smooth process.
Unfortunately, the app will not connect to my Facebook Page. The error message states that "the Facebook page is Owned by Another Business" when in actual fact this is not true. I have wasted so many hours trying to troubleshoot this. Thank you Shopify support for your assistance thus far, but no solution yet on ticket 28645071. Please do contact me when one of your support staff have a solution on this. Thx J

Instalamos la aplicación en nuestra tienda de Shopify y nos ha conectado rápidamente con Facebook, pero no nos permite la conexión ni la venta a través de Instagram a pesar de tener una cuenta profesional. No entendemos el motivo y a pesar de seguir el procedimiento para reclamar una explicación no hemos obtenido ninguna respuesta.
Gracias por compartir su experiencia. Esto suena como una experiencia estresante ya que Instagram no le proporcionó una explicación de por qué no se aprobó su cuenta. I really like how easy to set it up was and the support and the tutorials I got to help me understand better. The experience could be better if there were more customizable options for the store.

This is abysmal! it’s Constantly telling me that there’s an error and that it’s not available also telling me to try again later when i have been trying for a few days now. i’ve also bought the subscription and this is not a good and fulfilling experience.

A bit complicated to use; especially if you are a beginner. You do need quite an extensive knowledge on Facebook and Instagram apps in order to get your head around it.
I like the app because it helps with selling more of my products but also i monitor all my pages on it
