Too many numbers to try and connect with my store. I have admins and they need to be able to set up and go and I have to constantly reconnect if I clear my browsing history. If I don't log in it won't update.

If you didnt understand what was being asked of you -- it could be confusing. It didnt explain that youll be able to choose which FB acount you want to connect to once you log in.

still trying to figure it out. Looks like it could be useful. I already have an instagram account with my book so I can't figure out how to have 2

some days it works some days it doesn't complicated to set up in the beginning not linking accounts no customer service to call for help

I use this app to get trafik to my web.What my problem is that I had not lunched my website. I am working om that now.

Checkout with facebook & Instagram is so premature that we might have to pull out. None of the basic settings like shipping is being synced. It just defaults to free shipping... meanwhile we're only a pick-up business.

It seemed easy to configure. What troubled me is that I just got disconnected after an upload but I was not warned by shopify or facebook. I think an email notification would help big time.

E estou usando app Facebook e Instagram na minha Loja Shopify, mas estou observando que uma mensagem do app Facebook & Instagram, dentro do acesso com a plataforma Shopify descrevendo assim, ( Este app precisa de atenção

Pois bem eu acessei app à alguns dias atras para finalizar a verificação e eu ja enviei os DOCUMENTOS e Deu certo., pois no acesso em meu celular descreve como já em ((fase de analise de loja para conclusão) uma imagem azul ao lado do meu gerenciador de comercio, Ana Paula, Shopify: Brandsstyleltd 17038...)
Mas ainda o sistema plataforma shopify app facebook e instagram ainda volta pedir documentos, como se eu nao tivesse feito nada, que é um absurdo pois eu ja enviei sim os documentos.
Poderia dizer porque o sistema com acesso pc nao dar a mesma resposta com acesso no telefone?
é so uma curiosidade minha por que o sistema app facebook e instagram deveria funcionar em tempo online como no acesso com telefone celular.

I had a lot of trouble connecting my page for some reason. Finally got it linked after a year...best of luck folks! Linking to my instagram page turned out to be troublesome
