The onboarding seems to be really easy so far - would be better if we did not have to delete current structures though.
I connected our facebook account and business page to easily publish our products in the future and set up an ad conveniently.
I cant use shopify marketing to publish retargetting ads..... It keeps getting rejected over and over again saying something is wrong with Facebook.

There can be some things which need to be set up before you can publish Facebook ads through Shopify. I'm going to send you an email so we can get to the bottom of this and get your ad up and running. Keep an eye out for it!

Works great and is user friendly. Everything is very straight forward and for things I don't understand, there are step by step instructions.

Great app. Really easy to use and integrate. Managing Facebook and Instagram shops in one tab is really good.
I have never in my life experienced more issues with a company than I have when dealing with Facebook and Facebook ads. The new Shopify integrations have been nothing but trouble since they launched. Currently, I am unable to successfully link my Facebook business manager and pixel. Shopify support tried to help but it is a Facebook issue. And of course, Facebook support is no help as usual... Very frustrating. Wish you could just copy and paste your pixel like back in the day. Typical Facebook, making everything 100 times more complicated than it needs to be....
It is a very friendly app. I truly recommend it if you are using social media as channels to sell your products.
It's been working pretty good so far. I set it to dynamic, selected my products and left it alone. Haven't had an issue since.
