Meta admittedly flagged my business page in error and reinstated it however my personal was also flagged and they never reinstated it! I have spent 2 years now trying to get my app channel to connect to my Facebook properly and to no avail! It’s cost me hundreds and lost me sales! They’re permanent restriction of my personal page and refusal to dig into why it was falsely flagged in the first place is causing me money still!

it shows unsupported. Tracking is my account restricted, i don't know why? i can't ask any helps for that.

I love the products tags for Instagram. Makes the shopping experience quick and easy for my customers!
The new FB app integration with Shopify is a way better user experience and finally, they combined IG and FB into one app :) It takes a bit longer to setup but worth it
I had to set up again the Facebook & Instagram Sales channels after a hack to our Business Page. It is SO MUCH COMPLICATED now that you never know what might go wrong. After a month we managed to set up the Facebook Channel, but Instagram keeps returning an error message each time we try to reconnect it.
We have tried all possible solutions. The help team insists that the problem is not theirs but from the side of Shopify. Shopify in return suggest to contact Meta for a solution. Absolute mess, unfortunately!
UPDATE: Meta Support Team says that there are more than one Shopify accounts of ours and that fact that causes the problem. We never had a second Shopify account! They also said we should resolve the problem with Shopify. Shopify insists that the problem is within Meta. The problem goes on and on without hope.

doesn't make sense! It keeps saying:
"Each asset is already associated with a different shop. Please disable one to proceed."
with no option to proceed. No phone support. Nothing.

it's simple and nice very looking it could help in the future for many reasons especially it's combined with Instagram.
just installed the app, haven't had a chance to explore all the features. I'll get back to you with an update.
