Everything was fine but like with everything else...they "updated" it and "fixed" everything and now it doesn't work.

still not sure. just wanting to set up a place on facebook to show product and perhaps sell product.
worst app.. this app should track better, should not kick me out so often because of "safety" and if I login to often to my new BM then fb also give a security flag.. worst app! can not recommend at all for now.. fix all those things and it should be a good app.. but men, one of the most important app being so bad, how can this happen?

realmente estoy decepcionada de facebook es una de las plataformas que me encantan mucho pero realmente tengo ya casi dos años batallando con esta aplicacion he gastado mucho dinero para configuraciones y muchas horas de mi tiempo intentando entender un poco como funciona y realmente han hecho todo para que los pequeños negocios online fracasen estas redes son las mas conocidas y por eso uno le toma importancia para instalarse pero en esta situacion lo unico que hacen es destruir las pocas ilusiones que uno tiene. ojala algun dia la mejoren y la hagan mas facil de instalar y manejar o simplemente no unifiquen procesos para evitar que todo lo que esta bien se blokee por culpa de un solo proceso.
When we click on stores in Instagram, I want to remove the cargo and delivery field in the product detail area, but I cannot remove it, all websites with shopify software have the same problem in their ig stores, it is not possible to completely remove this field, you should make a development about it.

This app is not working properly since 15 th June 2021. Prior to that time line performance of the app was good. I used to convert 50-60 order per day through facebook advertisement. Now the sale become less than 10 order per day. No server side integration is there for purchase event now.

I dont get to my target client. I find difficult to reach people I need. I recomend to try something different from Instagram
I can't connect to the Facebook and Instagram stores successfully, and the support is useless. When I seriously emailed meta, I never got a reply. I created a work order consultation many times, so no one replied to me?

I did use it but still didnt change the speed... :-/ I dont know how to improve it...I might be hiring an expert to do so.
