I can't connect to the Facebook and Instagram stores successfully, and the support is useless. When I seriously emailed meta, I never got a reply. I created a work order consultation many times, so no one replied to me?

I dont get to my target client. I find difficult to reach people I need. I recomend to try something different from Instagram
I am facing a problem with the pixel, I am not getting the correct events and event parameters in my Facebook Event manager. E.g Facebook Showing 3 purchases but in reality, there are zero purchases and also showing zero conversion value for some orders.

I was a bit to technical for me. I felt it could be a little more user friendly. But we will see once I have actually used it.
I cannot get any kind of support from anyone to help me with the problem that my Facebook & Instagram Social Links on Shopify keep going to the "Manage Page" where customers can access all of my Facebook/Instagram settings etc. I have read all of the so called "advice" leads on how to stop this from happening, but it just doesn't work for me. I need to speak to an advisor at Facebook, not be offered endless confusing automated replies.
Can someone at Facebook please help me with this? (P.S. By 'help' I don't mean send me even more confusing links, I need to speak to an actual advisor!)

Kann noch nicht viel dazu sagen, habe die App gerade erst eingerichtet. Einrichtung hat gut funktioniert.
