Interface looks much cleaner and seems much easier to navigate than the old Facebook Shop. I like the way the Shopify app guides you through the app. Happy to have our shop on Facebook!
its really fascinating app. its user friendly and i liked it for my shopify store. we are well converting now.
I am not sure , but seems easy , although the setting is much different but seems ok , waiting for the results ....
Unable to link Shopify to Facebook. Error message states 'ineligible'. Shopify aren't able to figure out why. Have messaged Facebook support. Received a message back informing me they are looking into it. Hopefully this will be resolved. Impossible to understand and navigate settings and help sections in Facebook..it's full of terms and frases that arn'e easy to understand. Not very user friendly!

All of my boxes have the green check mark for set up but the button for Request Approval is still grayed out. A little frustrating. Probably user error. :)

We can't connect our Shopify account with Facebook. It says our catalog is already connected. There is no dedicated point of customer service, just opening and reopening the same windows in a hall of mirrors. Our emails go nowhere. Facebook will also not let us change our name because it violates policies, when it clearly doesn't. So beyond frustrating.

i want to connect personal Facebook ad account but app is not allow to do that because i don't want to use credit card
Thanks for sharing your feedback! I can definitely understand how frustrating that may be. However, Facebook does require that personal ad accounts have an ad spend in order to connect to the FB Channel. I sent you an email to discuss alternative payment methods further! It's ok, there are things that should not be as difficult as they are or other things that are hidden but very needed for your shop to work.

Painful support and service, impossible to enable the service after thousands of security checks and requests to send personal documents. Better to turn to other more efficient, serious and professional sales channels. Facebook is a mess.
