this app ruins the business and wast our time and energy. We can not link and sell on Instagram. It works with Facebook only. It says our shop meets all requirments. there are 3 bugs. 1. Verify your domain

Appeal unsuccessful
Your review was unsuccessful. domain could not be connected to your shop. -> it is perfectly connected!! how can we set up our store without connecting it to shopify!!! Please think twice before you speak. 2. This website is not approved
Product unavailable on your website
To use this website, your products must be sold on the website connected to your account. -> they are pretty much 100% sold very clearly and surely. 4 year old boy can even see it. who does even ask for it withtou selling products!! 3. Your account has been rejected for a shop on Instagram
After reviewing your submitted domain, we found that it doesn't comply with our Commerce Eligibility Requirements. If you think there’s been a mistake, you can request another review. -> Like I said there is no problem to sell on Facebook. It says account quality is good. we have asked to review over and over. no improvement. is there any workers?

I did have some trouble setting it up. Not being sure what to click on, but I did reach out to customer support via chat and he was extremely helpful and patient.

I use this app to sell my products, it works well, just wish it was a bit less to follow in order to make it happen

I cannot see test scores but make sure to include them on the Common Subject Tests and AP Exams. If you only took one AP senior year

It is one of the most effective sales channels if it is not the MOST as it is generating sales and creating the right exposure to increase demand

The following message appears on all my ads: "A problem with Facebook prevented your activity from being resumed. Try to resume in a few minutes." Tried, and tried, and it never works. Shopify support can't help. How do I get app support?

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback on the Facebook Channel!

Errors like this are often returned due to brief outages, or it can be related to having incorrect permissions (for example, not having admin access to the connected ad account or pixel). In the majority of these cases the problem can be resolved by disconnecting and then reconnecting the Facebook Account that is currently connected to the Facebook Channel. This essentially resets these tokens and is often successful in allowing you to continue with setting up your ads.

Worst app ever!!! I was forced to delete and re-download because there was an apparent Facebook error that not even support could fix. I re-downloaded and now I'm unable to connect with my existing commerce account as well as activate my Instagram channel which is already eligible for instagram shopping. So frustrated! This app needs to be fixed! You would think a billion dollar company would have the toolset to make stuff like this seemless. Why is this so difficult?
