The app is giving us a temporary error on Facebook when trying to setup checkout on Facebook & Instagram. Facebook support tells us that the bank is not supported. We tried Chase, Wells Fargo and BB&T for payments and all are giving the same temporary error since January. Facebook support is useless and we were told by Shopify support to contact Facebook! Here is the error on the last screen: "A temporary problem occurred when trying to complete your request. Please try again later." This is not acceptable.

That definitely sounds like a frustrating experience since Facebook was not able to help you with the error message or with adding your banking details. I really enjoy the facebook app it helps me to get my product out beyond my reach. The setup was effortless.
The app is really difficult to connect when there is more than one person working with the business manager. I am just getting to know it so not sure how it will be
Much easier setup than previous attempts. i would now try to see how easy to it is to connect to instagram.
was easy and i was expecting it to be a lot more difficult. the integration was smooth, the pop up took me to exactly were i needed to click.
Easy to navigate. Easy to sync with other app and programs. Makes everything easy to manage and i loved it
