Our account got banned for life from Facebook after using this app. I even spoke to Facebook on the phone and they said too bad. Would not recommend this or Facebook advertising to anyone. How do you ban a fabric company for policy violations? Did the floral quilt offend someone? Anyways they just banned a 7 figure account and they don't care whatsoever. I am seeing a pattern with the Shopify apps that are built with the actual companies, they cause nothing but problems for the businesses. Moving forward we will be sticking with 3rd party apps, at least they care.

When it comes to restricted accounts, suspensions and bans it is completely handled by Facebook and Shopify has no hand in these decisions whatsoever. This is generally a good a good application to use for my clothing business. It works smoothly with absolutely no signs of hiccups
With this app i can tag my products from instagram, a great channel to sell online and to keep in touch with buyers
Easy to install and use, very pleased with the transfer of the products. I would encourage downloaded this app-the transfer catalog for you. Instead of loaded product to two or three locations you just add to shopify and product merges through this app. Great time saver
100% interactive and simple. Better experience and easier to use. Went without an itch. Highly recommended.
the app Spams my followers with product updates...and there is no way to turn it off! Im losing followers as its getting annoying...

Simply Frustrating Trying to run a Facebook Audience building add but repeatedly getting this message since last 25 days. I quote "
There is 1 error with this activity: A problem with Facebook prevented your activity from being published. Try to republish in a few minutes" Did spend end number of hours to figure out the problem but absolutely clue less. It does not mention any specific problem to resolve. Tried to republish probably 100 times. but same result

This app will not install on my store. I've tried multiple browsers, computers, phones, and internet connections. Tried incognito and cache and all the basic "restarting" IT fixes. I go through the whole process and it says it's intalled, and then I immediately get an error saying "there was a problem processing this action" Shopify blames this all on FB and there is no support team to contact at FB to me to resolve this issue.
