so far, easy. i am a super novice on facebook and run into problems all the time and have nobody to ask. I have joined the help group but nobody has ever answered my posts. ill figure it out, i guess

Plugin is ok, would be nice if it included some way to embed your facebook feed. It's alright for ads and that's about it. If Facebook were to add embed for posts and feed that would be a huge plus!

This app helped me, it was fine. It was easy to set up. I would include it again because people expect it.
It's pretty great and I really like it. Facebook is the best plateforme for online business, specially dropshipping.
it ruined my business and i can't sell on facebook any more or instgram and i seems that i'm not the only one

Terrible app, it asks me to reconnect i tried several times it doesnt work i tried different browsers different devices
i called facebook and chatted with shopify nothing helps and no one can help me
What a terrible app and absurd customer service, this has affected my business very negative. FIX THE RECONNECT ISSUE NOW!!!!!!!!!

It sounds as though you may have been affected by a known outage on Facebook, which prevented users from logging into their Facebook accounts. Quick and easy. It was not cumbersome to use. Visuals of where to navigate buttons are helpful. Videos too.
