I've un-installed 4 times. still getting the "Something went wrong" message.

Shopify support was able to assist with the issue and had it resolved within 24h

Hello , when i do the configuration i can t connect my facebook account and there s an error that said to try again later ,i m trying from days and on mobile and computers but it s not working ,i can I do ?

my account is restrict and i have no idea why it happened. i asked for análises and have to wait for some time to get an answer back.

I would give Minus Five stars for FB, nightmare to use, you never know when you get restricted/banned for no apparent reasons.

When it comes to restricted accounts, suspensions and bans it is completely handled by Facebook and Shopify has no hand in these decisions whatsoever. I've just signed up for it and haven't used it yet! So I don't know what to say...Facebook is a respected platform so I am sure it will work fine.
