I haven't seen anything that bad in my life. Companies policies problems never end up, and it is impossible to understand what is missing or what document u need to submit. The help desk is so miserable; the only thing they keep saying is ' u need to wait more' and 'company policies'. No one could figure out the section 4 problem. I am paying my workers money for nothing right now, and I don't know what the problem is and how long it will take to fix the problem.

Shopify-Facebook integration tools are trash, and when they break, you'll get locked out of the Facebook account permanently. Then, Facebook support won't even answer your requests, save some time, and your sanity, skip it.

This application has not been a positive experience and has consumed a considerable amount of time. Despite attempting to resolve issues related to connectivity and verification for over 10 days for now, the problems have only worsened with time. Recently, there was an attempt to start over by disconnecting from Shopify, but this resulted in a complete disconnection of the catalog, making it impossible to reconnect. The app claims that the asset is already connected and directs the user to the commerce manager, which provides conflicting information about the connection and rejections. Numerous attempts have been made to connect, but there is no one to contact for assistance and no response to messages. This is frustrating as I still not authorized or verified on Facebook or Instagram. It is recommended that others avoid this app and focus on their website and email list instead.

Meta is just absolute crap and a massive headache for every single steps that should be easy. To try and start just simply advertise from your Facebook page and get the ad data connected to your shopify is taking me days. First the meta business page was lagging and bugging making me do the same rhings over and over, then once I finally manage to create the pixel and went to install the Facebook and instagram app on my shopify, it started to bug again. After 4 time uninstalling et re installing that horrible app, I managed to connect my store after creating a facebook business account ( thought just my page with my facebook account would be enough but no, has to be another dam account ) DAMM ! I thought I'd be ok then but NOOOO Facebook restricted my business account, probably because its too new ( which doesn't make sense really), I am now unable to complete the connection settings between shopify and facebook and have to wait 24h for a review after providing a code received on my phone and my identity document photo. This is really a joke considering how much money that business is doing, they can't even make basic settings simple for people, they over complicate everything and cross everything together making you go back and forth between platforms non stop for a very simple task. All I wanted was to see the results of my advertising with shopify, nothing else. If I ever manage to get to the point where facebook let me advertise and the connection with shopify works ( pretty sure something will go wrong again) I surely WON'T authorise facebook to sell my products directly on my facebook page because I bet you these sales will be catastrophic and customers will run away, surely there will be problems with payment and order fulfillment etc. A shame from start to finish

Nothing works, meta business is so useless, i can't sync my products via shopify on instagram....
It's impossible to get support from META, most useless support i've ever tried.

What was supposed to be a very simple process of linking accounts and verifying information turned out to be one most annoying and painful setup processes for my store yet! The first and the biggest issue that I have with the service was the lack of customer service. I needed to upload documents that verify me as person and my LLC as a legitimate business. The directions were straightforward- simply upload the picture document and hit next; however, no matter how many ways that I went about uploading the documents- the documents were deemed invalid or didn't fit size requirement! Because of this, my business (as I type this) is being flagged and is subject to restriction! All because I cannot upload my required documents. Also I was given a 24hr notice to upload the document or else the account would be restricted; this where the lack of live customer service is beyond infuriating! This is an issue that needs to fixed right away.
