VERY VERY POOR, nothing will conect without hours of messing with settings, and once you think its figured out and working it stops.

Started off well but instructions unclear and I still can't see my shop after an hour of messing about.

My Shopify account has been review for over 3 months. I have reached out to Facebook many times and I still don't know what the issue is. Still waiting.
