This requires a higher level of technical savvy than your standard
skill set. I found it incredibly challenging and confusing to navigate. If you are not planning to run ads then it shouldn't be an issue.
I have had multiple different issues getting set up with META ads through this channel, as well as getting the shop approved within FB. The most frustrating piece has been lack of clarity and support. I have contacted support more than I would like to admit, spent hours on calls over the past couple weeks, and the issues are still there. It's unbelievable really. All of the support team members have been very courteous and kind, they are doing what they have been trained to do. There is a larger structural issue here though. For some reason they allow ease of access to general support but make it quite challenging to directly access support for Ads. In my experience, I found a considerable amount of gatekeeping / stalling to access this level of support. I had to restart and go back through general support each time. Blah blah blah. I really dislike having to report negativity like this but these are the facts. Overall, very challenging. If you are not a Dev or super tech savvy, I recommend hiring a Dev. to get you up and running. Not kidding.
Very easy to use. I like that meta checks all the products. Less problems when selling.

I have been trying to connect my Shopify store to Facebook, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. In my attempts to set things up, I accidentally created a few Facebook pages and now, I find myself in a situation where I can't link any of my Facebook pages to my store.
The lack of clear guidance and support has made this process feel impossible. I’m extremely disappointed that what should be a straightforward integration has turned into such a chaotic mess. I expected better from both Shopify and Facebook, especially considering how crucial these platforms are for my business.
I hope there will be improvements to the setup process and better support options for users in the future.
Store was in review over a month. (I read it should officially be 48 hours.) I disconnect and reconnected about 5 days ago. Probably a mistake because now I'm starting the clock over.
This is great opportunity for me working with Facebook. I am looking forward to become millionaire
Quick response from customer service to rectify my issue very quickly and got my shop back live.
It is too difficult to use Shopify and Meta business platforms.

One of the worst platform to sell in Meta especialy since they stopped the shop on the Desktop computers and focused of Mobile only.
Your ads on desktops becomes full of errors and missed links.
Meta support is null!!
