sort of difficult to use but I hope to get better using it!

Instagram connection is great but the Facebook is not. I am only seeing recently added products and not the whole products in the catalogue.

I had another shop where the ads were performing great on Facebook and Instagram.

The Meta Business Suite is a nightmare and I'm having to hire a consultant to straighten it out. I can't link my facebook page for some unknown reason. I can't even log in half the time to Meta as there are 2 of us that are admins. Building campaigns, you can edit them but it won't take you back to where you left off. Overall, it's very difficult.

Nothing works in Facebook. They make things very difficult and their websites have so many glitches. Their internal processes aren't designed to resolve normal issues that arise from running a business. It's always horrible dealing with Meta.

They are not linking correctly, and there is no one to talk to about fixing the issue.

Meta is one of the best ad platforms. AI has really been a game changer.
