A couple of big issues we have are:
1: These sales automatically go through to our admin but if we need to update them, offer partial refunds or make any change even with an exchange we cannot. The entirety of the screens blocked out for us. This screws up reporting and just about every other aspect of the function.
2 - You all do not recognize back ordered products. So folks are ordering and not being told items are on back order. This is terrible for customer service and our overall brand.
3 - Bright side is that you all do a great Job selling, it just needs to be polished and easier for the back end admin.

I write a bad review because it says this integration will not allow in my region like India. why this? In this settings it cleary written it is popular in India. Why FB didn't allow people to integrate from India?

Great integration! It took me 30 minutes to setup.
We had a terrible experience with setting up facebook. Super shit improve your systems and processes meta were stick with TIkTok.

He sometido en varias ocasiones un problema de conección entre mi tienda de Shopify y mi cuenta de Facebook y no hay forma de resolver el problema. Ni encuentro la manera de hacer contacto con servicio al cliente.
