Works flawlessly and I would've been giving it a 5-star rating IF IT WASN'T FOR THE ONE FEATURE THAT ABSOLUTELY INFURIATES me: Whenever I add a new product to my stock in Shopify, a Facebook-post automatically appears on my business accounts feed. It floods the feed, so my followers unfollow my business site, because they feel I'm spamming them, or suspect that I've been hacked. What p*sses me off the most is that it can't be turned off?!?!? * * * Shopify and Facebook - please, please, please give us the opportunity to at least turn this feature off * * *

I can certainly understand how these updates are overwhelming for your followers and, therefore, you want it to be turned off. This feature is controlled entirely by Facebook and it can't be removed from Shopify's end. facebook & instagram doing very well but add strategy is not well now as compare previous strategy please do some thing

it's been ok, I'm still learning how to navigate Facebook through the business stand point but i feel like it could be easier if their wasn't so many glitches

App is good, recently updated... How do I remove the 'message us' speech bubble now that Facebook messenger messages come through the Shopify chat - I don't want 2 speech bubbles on my page..

It's not hard to figure out but would be better with customer service attached for more help. I created this as a newbee but I am mostly guessing all the time.

After all the changes to fb, meta updates all seems to working well. It did take a over a year to get it all together but at least I can easily post product from messenger. I still cannot view shop items when in shop on facebook but believe that was one of the changes made.
