It had easy to use steps and allowed me to set up my Facebook shop quickly. I'm always nervous dealing with Facebook and worried about messing up.

This was looking to be a scary process but, overwriting existing shop but, everything looks terrific.

It seems that we are all facing the same problem. I have been locked out from my FB and unable to connect to my Instagram from FB as well. Also the products that have been deleted on shopify still pops up on FB side. Am not sure why and FB send message to say to many broken links to shopify.B Best to remove the app until things are more stable. But like what everyone says, its a lot of time wasted and trying to set it up again!

Not sure why most of the time Ads accounts are getting banned or restricted. We are clothes and accessory seller for women, men and kids still our ads account got restircted or banned and we are not getting any solution.Removal of restriction is very difficult and no proper support from FB.
There is no Live chat support from FB who can help customer to clear such restriction or banns.
thanks FB to provide live chart support since we are not expert in FB..............THANKS

I have tried several times to be able to update my Facebook Shop with my Shopify site and no matter what I do, it will not sync and update. Everything in my shop is outdated by 6 months or more. Still contains items that I don't offer anymore. I have tried several times to add the "Pixel" and wither the instruction don't load or are not very helpful in the instructions that it gives.

App was easy to use for the most part.Would recommend to raise sales on e-com businesses..Really liked the easy connection to Shopify store.

For the last 2 month I can't create marketing campaigns from Shopify. I've uninstalled app, tried different browser and still can't. I'm not able to view the image of products before posting the ad like I use to.

I received multiple orders in which the customers used Facebook to complete checkout. For these orders, I am receiving a message in shopify saying the order is on hold and I need to fulfill it via Facebook Commerce manager. Commerce manager says the order is on hold and I need to fulfill it in Shopify. It's a real mess and it is causing major frustration and wasted time. Not to mention, am I ever going to get paid for these orders? Seems no one at FB or Shopify has any answers. Looks like this problem has been going on for quite a while.
