Before I can tag my products in facebook and instagram.
I do the same process of uploading photos and information in shopify as before. But now I can not tag my products at all. I need help.
I have uploaded our business tax forms several times and this app will not let me link. I give up.
Horrible. So glitchy! Products are approved and appear in one place but not another. Horrible interface that you can't update easily. THE WORST!!
I think this a great service and it's helpful it's all linked together in one place... making it easy for someone like me, who doesn't have much experience and not very tech savvy.
I would like more IG specific - direct IG tools. IG will be my marketing tool and where my ads and visiblity will be. Always having to go through and deal with FB first, in my case was unecessary.
"Setting up my store wasn’t without its challenges. From choosing the right designs to testing different layouts, every step taught me something new. But it’s all part of the journey, and I’m so proud of how everything is coming together!
Good app, has the main features. However in my opinion as a such delay for notification and get the update information from Facebook ADS portal.
absolute garbage system. does not sync or show any products between facebook and your store. impossible to setup, tells you all these existing errors but no way of resolving them. waste of time and money. dont bother, use a different store and advertising system.
Shop hasn't been working for 6 weeks, now it's black friday. No support. We give meta 500k a year in ads. Shameful.
My Experience with Facebook & Instagram
I've used Facebook and Instagram for years, and both are great for staying connected and sharing content.
Facebook is excellent for keeping up with friends and groups, but it can feel cluttered and overwhelming at times, with too many features and ads. Privacy concerns also pop up occasionally.
Instagram is perfect for visual content and following creators, though the algorithm often favors ads over posts from people I follow. Overall, both apps are user-friendly, but improvements in privacy and ad balance would be appreciated.
While both platforms are valuable, Facebook excels in community-building and storytelling, whereas Instagram focuses on visual appeal and influencer-driven marketing. For SIANA AVENUE, leveraging both platforms with a tailored approach—Facebook for storytelling and targeted ads, and Instagram for brand aesthetic and influencer partnerships—could create a well-rounded social media strategy.
