Facebook & Instagram

Linking my Shopify store was much easier than i expected. Waiting to be approved on instagram to see how it translates but so far so good. For some reason i'm having trouble submitting this review and is by far the most difficult part.

The ability to update catalogues across omnichannels (i.e., Instagram, Facebook) is wonderful. Hopefully, there is any avenue to link products in Tiktok.

I used this app to connect my shopify store and sell on FaceBook and Instagram. Things worked seamless and I have no problems with the app.

We spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out why we could not add myself as an Admin on the FB page; finally figured out that we needed to be "friends" in order for it to work. Would have saved us a lot of time if there was some sort of side note on the Add Person page indicating that requirement. Other than that, all went fine.

The app is performing well. It's easy to use and it helps drive sales to my online store. Very pleased.

Facebook Channel is user friendly, easy access to my products. I had a problem adding my new product, ebook, to my Instagram account.

Just like all social media platforms, these sales channels are somewhat restrictive about WHAT you can sell, but that is pretty much to be expected. In addition to clothing and other general items like soaps, mugs, etc., I also sell vitamins and supplements, and Facebook really does not like that. Some of my supplements cannot be sold on these platforms, but I can still run ads and link to the product directly on my website, so I suppose that's an acceptable solution.

I AM HOPING THIS WILL INCREASE OUR SALES FOR OUR online STORE. WE NEED HELP! Thank you for the process so far. Our products are not syncing so only about 1/4 of our products are showing. There should be a sync products button to current ONLINE stores that are already in motion and up and running.

It gives a constant warning because they closed the Shopping feature, but it is very good to have a single tool for full integration
