User Friendly , Easy set up . I got it all done in less than 3 minutes . WOW . Not sure if the setup includes Instagram .

I have tried unsuccessfully for 2 days to change the photos in 3 of my products. It seems that when I uploaded my catalogue to facebook, it changed the layout of my photos, so instead of seeing the product, you know only see a color. I'm at my wits end

Seamless and easy, thank you guys! You'll have to connect all the info together correctly, so be sure to have it ready to go before you install it. And also, don't make the mistake I did, have your website / online store live BEFORE you request to be approved for Instagram shopping on the Instagram app! But it was solved quickly within minutes. HAHAHA
I find the continual changes at FB difficult to manage regardless of the platform being used with it
This app has stopped working: Avoid at all costs until fixed. I have just used Socialhead's version and it was a piece of cake to set up and get working, with exceptional instant tech support . I spent too many hours going round in circles and had to draw the line somewhere - Look at the feedback for this app and you'll understand.

i am unable to connect my instagram acct. thru this app. it does not show up as connected and when i click for it to connect, i get a message that it is already connected.... but it is not. been with shopify tech support which i waited 2-3 days for them to respond, they state it is not within their scope to help fix it. i have been working on this for weeks and cannot get it to work correctly........... i am losing business by the lack of concern by shopify

I used this app to help me promote my business and it really helped. to be honest i feel like anybody who wants to bring their product up this would be the app to use
The app was easy to set up, great idea and very easy to navigate, A must tool for any e-commerce owner. Highly recommend it.
